With the Homeowner's Advantage Program, we purchase the home from you for all cash, up to 95% of appraisal price. We immediately resell the property to people who need owner-financing to get into their new home.

To qualify we'll need a state certified appraisal within 30 days (reimbursed to you at closing), and your home must be in good condition with no major repairs needed. The home must show well to prospective third party buyers.
